How do I choose the right board shape for my riding style?
We recommend considering the terrain you ride most. Our 'Discovery' series is ideal for all-mountain versatility, while our 'Concept' shapes are specifically engineered for deep powder and extreme carving.
What is the typical shipping time for a new board?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, standard shipping takes 3-5 business days within Europe and 7-10 business days for international destinations.
Do KORUA boards come with a factory wax?
Yes, all our boards come factory waxed and ready to ride. However, for the best performance in specific snow temperatures, we recommend a fresh hot wax after your first few days on the mountain.
What is your return policy for snowboards?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the board is in its original, unmounted packaging with all plastic wrap intact. Used boards cannot be returned.
Do you offer international warranty coverage?
Every KORUA board is covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If you experience an issue, please contact our support team with your proof of purchase and photos of the damage.
Which bindings are compatible with KORUA shapes?
Our boards use the industry-standard 4x2 insert pattern, making them compatible with almost all major binding brands on the market.
