We want you to be fully satisfied with your new board, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused gear in its original packaging. If your KORUA shape isn't the perfect fit for your riding style, we've simplified the process to get you back on the mountain.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unused equipment in the original shipping box, ensuring all protective materials and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
